Thailand Training Courses Calendar
Prerequisites:
The prerequisites of each course are listed in the course descriptions. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they have necessary prerequisite, or equivalent experience in order to get maximum benefits.
Registration/Course fee:
Registration for all courses should be made in the registration form provided. All course schedules and course fees are subjected to change without notice. The course fee listed in our confirmation letter is the correct price. Course fee includes courses materials, instrument usage (which applicable), coffee breaks, and one lunch of last training day of each course. It does not include VAT 7%. Attendees are responsible for their traveling and living expenses. Any price increase will be announced at least three months before its effective date.
Payment:
Payment for courses fees should be attached with the registration form at the time of registration. Course fees are payable in advance of the class. Only pre-paid in registration will be confirmed. Registration without pre-payment are put on the waiting list, subject to availability of seats and price revision. Please provide cash or cashier cheque for the exact amount of the course fee inclusive of 7% VAT, payable to "Agilent Technologies (Thailand) Ltd."

Rescheduling Policy:
- In the event that a paying attendee must reschedule a registered course (Rescheduling will include substitution by another person), he/she must notify Agilent Technologies at least 0 working days before class commencement. Efforts will be made to place the attendee in the next available selected class.
- If notice for rescheduling (including substitution by another person) is given within the 10 working days period before class commencement, no priority will be given for the next available class which will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- For attendees taking the complimentary course, one day or less notice for rescheduling is not allowed and will result in the complimentary training being forfeited.
- For paying attendees, one day or less notice for rescheduling is not allowed and will result in full billing with no refund.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- In the event that a paying attendee must cancel a registered course, a full refund will be made if notice is given at least 10 working days prior to class commencement.
- If notice is given within the 10 working days period before class commencement, only a 50% refund will be made.
- One-day or less notice for cancellation or non-attendance will result in full billing with no refund.
Certification of completion:
Certificate will be awarded to attendees upon completion of the class. For those who do not attend the full course, or who are unable to fulfill the requirements of the courses, or course assignments will not receive the certificates.
