| The integrated Agilent 1200 Series LC System and the Groton Biosystems Automated Reactor Sampling (ARS™) System provides an online HPLC “PAT” (Rapid Amino Acid Analysis) solution for cell culture and fermentation production. This system includes a sanitary interface for sampling from up to eight bioreactors, a sample preparation feature, and a delivery module to send the sample to the Agilent 1200 Series LC System – fully programmable, fully automatic, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The demanding challenges of the biotech automation market require a purpose built solution and the Agilent/Groton system provides the answer - facilitating near real time decisions via HPLC measurements. The ARS interfaces to up to four analytical instruments – including nutrient monitors, cell viability systems as well as multiple HPLC systems. |
