| IRIS Technologies, L.L.C. and Agilent have a formal agreement to co-market the ChromSword Auto software with Agilent 1200 Series HPLC systems and Agilent ChemStation software in the United States and Canada. This alliance benefits analytical laboratories in a wide range of industries by providing North-American-wide sales and support of the ChromSword Auto product when used specifically with Agilent HPLC and ChemStation solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, IRIS Technologies will distribute the ChromSword Auto product within the U.S. and Canada, including pre- and post-sales activities such as product demonstrations, installation and user training. These activities will be tailored to the specific needs of analytical laboratories that desire to develop HPLC separation methods using the ChromSword Auto software in combination with Agilent 1100 Series HPLC systems and Agilent ChemStation software. |
