Key areas are customized chromatography solutions and development of functional accessories for Agilent GC and HPLC systems. Some of the main GC products are the Direct Inlet Probe (DIP) for Agilent MSDs, the split/splitless inlet with improved handling, and the hydrogen sensor. For LC solutions, SIM developed an oven for high temperature HPLC with an efficient heating/cooling system for temperature gradient and isothermal separations up to 200°C.
