Electronic Payment

Agilent Technologies actively supports check-free electronic payment. Electronic Payment uses the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network which connects all financial institutions.
ACH benefits include:
  • Increased confidentiality, reliability and simplicity
  • Increased convenience and security
  • Elimination of the need to write and mail checks
  • Enabling more payments details
  • Faster processing time

Preferred Payment Formats

  • CTX (Corporate Trade Exchange) for multi-invoice payments. If you use this payment format you can provide the numbers of up to 9,999 invoices on the electronic payment
  • CCD+ for single-invoice payments. This format allows you to provide one invoice number on the payment

Providing Payment details

  • If you document the invoice numbers on your CTX or CCD+ payments, we do not need any further information
  • If you use CCD+ to pay multiple invoices, you need to send us a list of the invoice numbers separately via email or fax. Please contact us at epay@agilent.com for more information

NOTE to our customers in Asia-Pacific

The ACH payment systems have limited availability and possibilities in Asia-Pacific. Please contact us at  epay@agilent.com to give the best recommendation for you
