Automated Clearing House (ACH) network which connects all financial institutions.
ACH benefits include:
- Increased confidentiality, reliability and simplicity
- Increased convenience and security
- Elimination of the need to write and mail checks
- Enabling more payments details
- Faster processing time
Preferred Payment Formats
- CTX (Corporate Trade Exchange) for multi-invoice
payments. If you use this payment format you can provide the
numbers of up to 9,999 invoices on the electronic
payment
- CCD+ for single-invoice payments.
This format allows you to provide one invoice number
on the payment
Providing Payment
details
- If you document the invoice numbers on your CTX
or CCD+ payments, we do not need any further
information
- If you use CCD+ to pay multiple invoices, you
need to send us a list of the invoice numbers
