Prerequisites:

It is important to adhere to the prerequisites described in each course in order to ensure the best use of time and permit equal instructor attention to all class attendees.

Registration/Course fees:

1. Registration for all courses should be made in the registration form provided.
2. All courses schedules and course fees are subjected to change without prior notice.
3. Course fee includes courses materials, instrument usage (which applicable), breakfast, lunch and tea break. Attendees are responsible for their traveling and living expenses.

Class Times:

1. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. on the first day of class.
2. Class runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
3. Class ends by 5:00 p.m. For 4 and 5 day classes the instructors try and end early on the final day of class to accommodate students travel arrangements. Please do not schedule flights out prior to 5:00 PM, however.

On-Demand Courses:

Some of the courses described on this web site are offered on an 'on-demand' basis. If you are interested in a course that is not currently scheduled, or if a course is not offered in your area, call our registrars and place your name on a wait list.

Payment:

1. Payment for courses fees should be attached with the registration form at the time of registration.
2. Course fees are payable in advance of the class.
3. Only pre-paid in registration will be confirmed. Registration without pre-payment will be put on wait list, subject to availability of seats and price revision.
4. Confirmation will be official upon receipt of the registration form and course payment.

Rescheduling Policy:

1. In the event that a paying attendee must reschedule a registered course (rescheduling will include replacement), he/she must notify Agilent Technologies at least 10 working days before class commencement. Efforts will be made to place the attendee in the next available selected class.
2. If notice for rescheduling (including by replacement) is given within 10 working days period before class commencement, no priority will be given for the next class which will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
3. For attendees taking the complimentary course, notice of one day or less for rescheduling is not allowed and will result in the complimentary training being forfeited.
4. For paying attendees, notice of one day or less for rescheduling is not allowed and will result in full billing with no refund.
5. In the event the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, Agilent reserves the right to reschedule the participants to the next available class.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

1. In the event that a paying attendee must cancel a registered course, a full refund will be made if notice is given 10 working days prior to class commencement.
2. If notice is given within 10 working days period prior to class commencement only 50% refund will be made.
3. One day or less notice for cancellation or non-attendance will result in full billing with no refund.
4. The purchase of non-refundable airline tickets is not recommended due to possible course cancellations.

Certification of Completion:

1. Certificate will be awarded to attendees upon completion of the class.
2. For those who do not attend the full course, or who are unable to fulfill the requirements of the courses, or course assignment will not receive the certificate.
