Description: |
This hands-on laboratory and lecture course is designed to increase the participants understanding and ability to apply the modern practices of High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The participant will learn how to select appropriate instrumentation and HPLC columns, optimize separations, and interpret and troubleshoot chromatograms. Participants will learn how theoretical considerations will help increase their ability to produce robust methods and solve analytical problems. HPLC practices and evaluation of system performance will help students increase their efficiency and data quality. The hands-on aspect of the course will allow a novice HPLC user to gain important practical operational experience with the HPLC. |
