Agilent Technologies is now offering structured training sessions to all EZChrom users through WebEx Conferencing.
Each month, Agilent will conduct a structured 30 minute training session on a focused topic through WebEx. Interested users can register for the training and receive it from the convenience of their own laboratory or office computer. Topics and tentative times will be posted on this website in advance to allow you to easily plan for the training. All trainings are conducted by experienced Agilent customer trainers, well versed in the software. The trainings are based on live operation of the software so you can easily "see" how to perform the operation.
Interested in getting training on building Methods and Calibrations? Want to be trained on Creating Advanced Custom Reports? Need to setup Autosampler control with SmartSequence? These topics and more are planned for our WebEx Sessions. Attend as many or as few training sessions as you need.
How it works: Just click here to register! Fill out the necessary contact information and select the training session of interest. Then just submit your form. Upon processing your registration, you will receive electronic notification and an invitation (and password) to attend the WebEx conference. The WebEx invitation will include "test" links to verify and ensure that your computer is capable of receiving the WebEx presentation. Then, on the day and scheduled time of the WebEx, simply connect to the WebEx link, enter your password, and receive your training.
