Thank you for your interest in Agilent Qualification Services. This letter is to inform you of our plans to upgrade our Equipment Qualification Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) Services in non-ChemStation NDS Environments (i.e. Cerity Pharma, EZChrom, and OpenLab).
Agilent is pleased to introduce to you our Enterprise Edition Compliance for your chromatography instrumentation. Take advantage of the new features of a more flexible, automated, convenient and paperless delivery while reducing your overall compliance costs. Introduced last November 2005, Agilent Enterprise Edition continues to gain acceptance in regulated environments as the approved choice for chromatography equipment qualification.
Obtain the consistency and comparability in validation results with harmonized testing across different instrument makes. Ideally suited for multi-vendor environments, the Enterprise Edition uses the Agilent Compliance Engine to automatically perform the qualification tests. Flexible test conditions, dual-limit acceptance criteria and paperless delivery are the highlights of this qualification program. To perform the qualification, instruments don’t need to be disconnected from the native NDS, which controls them
during the whole process.
The change to the Enterprise Edition protocols will take place in July, 1st, 2007. After that date, Enterprise Edition Compliance will be the only supported way to qualify the chromatography equipment in non-ChemStation based configurations.
