Enterprise Edition Compliance

Proven to meet the challenges of 21st century labs

Improve Qualification Efficiency

Automate compliance workflow across platforms

Here’s how Enterprise Edition automates the qualification workflow to ensure both efficiency and the consistency that minimizes regulatory risk.

Equipment Qualification Plan Agilent Compliance Engine Test Design catalogue

Approve an Equipment Qualification Plan (EQP) — the record of tests, setpoints and limits for a given technique.

The Agilent Compliance Engine (ACE) holds the test forms as well as the calculation and report generator engine.

ACE automatically selects the correct tests, setpoints and limits from its Test Design catalogue according to the EQP and the configuration of each system.

Qualification Testing Final Full Report Test Binder and CD

An Engineer performs the qualification testing following the detailed working instructions provided by ACE.

As each test is run, ACE automatically calculates the results, completes each form and collates all test results to create a final full report.

ACE provides an Equipment Qualification Report (EQR) in secure PDF format on a CD along with all raw test data. The report can be printed and stored in a test binder or stored electronically on the lab’s system.

Speed review and reduce regulatory risk

Automated and validated test reports save hours of review time and ensure accuracy. ACE calculates test results from original digital data to fully qualify both your hardware and its data channel. Then you receive your consistently formatted, fully calculated test reports in a searchable electronic format that is both secure and tamperproof.

“Now companies can use one protocol worldwide delivered by a single supplier. This request came up many times at compliance conferences, as multiple protocols are difficult to explain to inspectors and increase administration, training and documentation efforts. I am happy to see that such an offering now comes from the leading compliance company.”

Dr. Ludwig Huber
Internationally respected compliance and validation expert
