Automated dissolution testing 
The Agilent solution for automated dissolution testing is based on an Agilent 8453 spectrophotometer, UV-Visible ChemStation software, and a PC in combination with a sampling system and the driver based interface to a dissolution bath. UV-visible ChemStation bath drivers are available from numerous dissolution bath manufacturers. The 8453 automated system offers control of the entire dissolution run sequence including test preparation and clean-up. The test results are available on-line with the ability to analyze even multi-ingredient formulations. Up to 4 baths can be automated using a single 8453. The Security Pack offers required tools for compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
