The Agilent 8453 UV-visible Pharma system consists of the Agilent 8453 spectrophotometer, the UV-visible ChemStation software for method development and the Security Pack software to help comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. A software module for dissolution testing can be added as well as sampling devices for automated dissolution runs. A large variety of accessories including cells, cell holders, multicell transport, sipper system and autosampler are available.
