Fluorescence Detection

Agilent 1200 Series Fluorescence Detector
Comes with a unique design that provides high-speed, high sensitive, multisignal and full spectral detection without the need to reduce or stop the flow, fast method optimization by spectral 3D and contour plots, straightforward operation and maintenance, and built-in features for GLP compliance.

Refractive Index Detection

Agilent 1200 Series Refractive Index Detector
Ideal for fast and reliable HPLC results when routinely analyzing non-UV absorbing substances such as carbohydrates, lipids and polymers. It is also the detector of choice for gel permeation chromatography and used in the Agilent 1200 Series GPC-SEC solution.

Evaporative Light Scattering Detection

Agilent 1200 Series Evaporative Light Scattering Detector
Detects any compound that is less volatile than the mobile phase. The ELSD provides an essentially universal measurement under isocratic and gradient conditions that does not depend on a compound´s absorbance, fluorescence, or electro-activity. Low temperature evaporation technology enables detection of semi-volatile and thermo-sensitive compounds at low levels.
