Plumbing Diagram for 1D nano LC with 10-port valve
This plumbing diagram is used for the nanoflow LC/MS system which performs the analysis in the second dimension. Depending on the flow rates, different capillaries have to be used, which are listed in the diagram. The micro fraction collection system (not shown) which performs the separation in the first dimension is plumbed in a standard fashion from capillary LC with the micro fraction collector behind the diode-array detector.
