High performance solvent degassing

The Agilent 1200 Series micro vacuum degasser is suited for low flow and analytical applications up to 5 mL/min. It is part of the nano and capillary pump and is recommended for low flow applications with the Agilent 1200 Series binary pump. It is also recommended for high throughput applications and when using the Agilent 1200 Series diode-array detector SL .

The Agilent 1200 Series vacuum degasser is suited for most analytical applications using a flow rate of up to 10 mL/min. It is part of the quaternary pump, but is recommended for all other analytical pumps as well, e.g. the isocratic pump. Highly recommended for GPC applications.

1200 Series vacuum degasser:
Robust design for high instrument uptime - degassing principle based on passing solvent through a membrane tube which is permeable to gas but not liquid, and kept at a constant vacuum level.
Reduced baseline noise and quenching effects due to high degassing capacity.. In fluorescence detection this results in lower detection limits and long-term baseline stability.
Especially recommended for GPC/SEC applications using refractive index detection.
