1200 Series LC Micro Collection/Spotting System 

The Agilent 1200 Series LC micro collection/spotting system is a separation tool for proteomics by combining the strength of chromatography with the power of MALDI mass spectrometry. With limited samples amounts the challenge is to achieve high-sensitivity detection. This requires a system designed for separations at low flow rates and the collection of small fraction volumes even on MALDI targets. The 1200 Series LC micro collection/spotting system is an ideal tool for single or multidimensional chromatographic separation of complex peptide and protein mixtures for subsequent analysis by MALDI and/or ESI mass spectrometry.
