Please email chip_pdl-wadquotes@agilent.com for a special quote or any custom chip order (P/N G4240-63001). Please copy your Agilent account manager/product specialist on the email. A special SPQ (special price quote) number will be issued in the quote. A minimum 2 custom chips per order is required.
Please provide the following information:
- Stationary phases information (most phases offered from Agilent columns will be available on chip, for special phase materials, customer may need to ship the material to Agilent in Germany)
- Enrichment column (phase, pore size, and particle size, i.e. C18, 300 Å, and 5 µm)
- Separation column (same as above)
- Column sizes for enrichment column (40 nL, 160 nL or 500 nL) and separation column
(43 mm or 150 mm)
- Please reference SPQ numbers for each chip type in PO (purchase order)
