QA/QC of Antibodies
 The Protein 200 Plus assay is successfully used for the quality control of antibodies produced as for the use as biopharmaceuticals, diagnostic or research products tools. It is possible to analyze antibodies under reducing and-non-reducing conditions on one chip within 30 minutes. This is not possible using standard SDS-PAGE as the reducing agent diffuse from one lane to the other.
Many common quality control tests can be performed such as stress stability tests, which are required for pharmaceutical protein production. The bioanalyzer software directly determines the purity of the tested protein expressed in % of total, which indicates the protein stability. The bioanalyzer therefore provides a standardized method for protein stability analysis with excellent reproducibility.
