The use of the online Hydride Generator Accessory coupled to the Agilent ISIS offers a fast, sensitive, routine analytical technique for the analysis of hydride forming elements such as As, Se and Sb in difficult matrices such as seawater. The process can be fully automated using the Agilent ASX-520 (and 500) autosampler.
