A turnkey system to meet the standard ASTM SIMDIS methods can be ordered as an option to the 7890A GC. SIMDIS software and high-temperature programmable temperature vaporizing (HT PTV) inlet also are available as accessories to allow customers to perform special SIMDIS analysis (for example, fast SIMDIS analysis) or to upgrade their existing GC system.
