Refinery Gas Analyzer
|
|
 |
 |
The Agilent 3000 refinery gas analyzer (RGA) performs a full-range refinery gas analysis: detailed saturated and olefinic hydrocarbons (C1-C6 and C6+ grouped peaks), fixed gases (H2, O2, N2, CO, CO2), H2S, SO2, and COS analysis in less than 160 seconds. With a single GC, you can analyze more complex samples in seconds, providing faster feedback to your plant and process engineers. The Agilent micro GC-based RGA offers tremendous precision and a simple, cost-effective means to meet the demanding analytical reporting needs critical to your refining operations.

- Four GC modules--each with an injector, unique capillary column, and micro TCD--provides a complete analysis of a wide range of refinery-type gases
- Includes Cerity NDS control and data acquisition software that provides chromatographic calculations and reporting, calorific value calculations, and a customizable refinery gas report
- Also includes check-out gas standard with regulator, remote start module, documentation, installation and familiarization, and one-year software support
- Backflush-to-vent capability to ensure long-term column performance and reduce measurement cycle times
- A complete analysis in less than three minutes allows you to increase your measurement productivity by as much as 15 times for certain types of analyses compared to traditional gas chromatographs
- Repeatability typically is less than or equal to 0.5% RSD at constant temperature and pressure for components less than or equal to C6 at % levels
- Meets specifications of UOP Method 539-87 with optional configurations available for other applications
- Easy to operate for the non-chromatographer
