The Agilent Rat Genome CGH Microarray Kit 105A is a high-resolution tool for genome-wide DNA copy number variation profiling without amplification or complexity reduction. Comprehensive probe coverage spans both coding and noncoding regions, with emphasis on well-known genes, promoters, miRNAs, and telomeric regions. Probe design and selection have been carefully optimized and validated for maximal sensitivity and specificity. Because the 105A format has the flexibility to run two samples on a single chip, it can significantly reduce costs.
