The Agilent Quick Amp Labeling Kit, no dye kit contains reagents to generate complimentary RNA (cRNA) for both one and two-color microarray gene expression experiments.

NOTE: This Quick Amp Kit replaces the Low RNA Linear Amplification Kit (PN 5184-3523). If you would like to order additional LRILAK kits to complete on-going experiments, please contact your local sales representative.

  • Sample required per reaction is 200 ng total RNA or poly A(+) RNA
  • Labeling reaction produces over 1500 ng of cyanine-labeled cRNA (anti-sense) from as little as 200 ng of total RNA, depending on RNA source
  • Sensitive detection limit of 1 mRNA copy in 6.9M transcripts when used in the Agilent microarray workflow
  • Process time is approximately 6 hours, instead of overnight (for cRNA generation) as with other commercially available kits
