Agilent offers chromatin immunoprecipitation-on-a-chip (ChIP-on-chip) technology for biological research. The ChIP-on-chip DNA microarrays allow the monitoring of binding events of DNA-binding proteins to proximal promoters of human, mouse, yeast genomes or defined regions such as the ENCODE region.
