The Agilent Quick Amp Labeling Kit, two-color contains reagents to amplify and label target RNA to generate complementary RNA (cRNA) for oligo microarrays used in gene expression profiling and other downstream analyses. Resarch use only.

NOTE: This Quick Amp Labeling Kit, two-color replaces the Low RNA Linear Amplification Kit PLUS, Two-Color Kit (PN 5188-5340). If you would like to order additional LRILAK kits to complete on-going experiments, please contact your local sales representative

  • Sufficient reagents for 20 reactions
  • Sample required per reaction is 50 ng – 5 µg total RNA or 10 – 200 ng poly A(+) RNA
  • Labeling reaction produces 0.75 – 2.0 µg of cyanine-labeled cRNA (anti-sense) from as little as 50 ng of total RNA, depending on RNA source
  • Sensitive detection limit of 1 mRNA copy in 6.9M transcript when used in the Agilent microarray workflow
  • Process time is approximately 6 hours, instead of overnight (for cRNA generation) as with other commercially available kits
  • Contents include 11 reagents and Cyanine 3-CTP and Cyanine 5-CTP dyes.
  • Kit should be stored at –20°C
