The Genomic DNA High-Throughput ULS Labeling Kit generates Cy-labeled genomic DNA targets for use with the Agilent Oligo aCGH system. This labeling kit utilizes Kreatech's Universal Linkage System (ULS™) and can be used with genomic DNA isolated from tissues, cells, blood, or FFPE samples.
Genomic DNA obtained from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues are often severely degraded and cross-linked. This non-enzymatic labeling method directly labels genomic DNA with fluorescent dyes, therefore bypassing challenges associated with degraded samples.
