Agilent's online Order Status
provides information to all of your questions! You can check the
status of any Agilent order, placed through any Agilent contact
point, such as a sales representative, toll-free telephone
number, or online.
To Access Order Status
| Access currently is available only to Agilent e-Commerce registered users in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Western Europe. |
It's simple. Just create a registration account or update your existing record and select "Activate advanced e-commerce features, including order tracking, customer specific pricing."1 Within 2-3 business days, your account will be e-commerce enabled and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Registered users, click here to update your registration record. If prompted, provide your login name and/or password then click the Profile button. Select "Activate advanced e-commerce features, including order tracking, customer specific pricing."
