Increasing Sample Throughput with High-Speed Megabore Columns

Abstract: The 0.45-mm ID high-speed megabore columns offer increased efficiency and have the same outer diameter as 0.53-mm columns. They are direct physical replacements for 0.53mm ID columns with approximately 24% more theoretical plates. By replacing 0.53-mm columns with high-speed columns, users can achieve increased resolution in comparable time or equivalent resolution in about half the time
