This four day laboratory and lecture course is designed to introduce users to the practical aspects of performing routine analyses using the Agilent 1100/1200 Series Liquid Chromatographs with the HPLC ChemStation. Topics include instruction in the basics of liquid chromatography, instrument maintenance, calibration tables, sequencing, and chromatographic troubleshooting.
