This external program will convert Affymetrix BRLMM data files into readable format for importing into GeneSpring GT. It can be used on Windows XP and Mac OS 10.4 or up.
Installation instructions
NOTE: Before using the program, make sure to concatenate both 250K files into one 500K file.
- Download the zip file and drop it onto GeneSpring GT for easy import.
- Restart GeneSpring GT before using the program. After installing, a program called BRLMM Data Conversion will be found under the External Program folder in the Navigator.
- Click on BRLMM Data Conversion to start it and select your samples. The program will convert your BRLMM files into 500K files in the same location as your BRLMM files.
- After conversion, you will need to import your converted 500K files into GeneSpring GT.
