The GeneSpring-PathwayStudio connector will allow you to integrate GeneSpring GX with the PathwayStudio tool of Ariadne Genomics.
To install the connector:
- Download the PathwayStudio.zip file (3.4 KBytes) onto your hard drive
- Drag and drop the zip file onto any GeneSpring window
- GeneSpring will quit after the installation is complete. Click OK, and restart GeneSpring.
Two new programs should appear under External Programs folder in the GeneSpring Navigator. Two new scripts will also be installed under the Scripts folder in the GeneSpring Navigator.
