The tutorial that will guide you through the analysis of this E.coli Spike-in dataset can be found within the GeneSpring MS application.
The experiment in the tutorial is an E. coli protein extract that has been spiked in with different concentrations of two bovine proteins: BSA and Serotransferrin. The data set consists of 3 replicates for each of the three groups, making a total of 9 samples. The files are MHD files that were created by Molecular Feature Extractor, version 32, with the default settings.
