The GeneSpring GX – IPA connector scripts will allow you to integrate GeneSpring GX version 7.3, and later, with the Ingenuity Pathways Analysis tool. The integration consists of three scripts for GeneSpring GX that will allow you to send gene lists with experimental data for analysis in IPA and create networks of interacting genes and proteins
Version 1.3 (1-MAY-2007) of the script has been released (See table for revision history). |
» Includes updated scripts compatible with IPA version 5 released in April 2007. | |
NOTE 1: The scripts will only work on GeneSpring GX version 7.3 and later. To update to version 7.3 go to the GeneSpring GX download page.
NOTE 2: The scripts will only work on IPA that we released after April 15th 2006. The main Ingenuity site has been updated to the latest version and the scripts will work correctly. If you have an internal IPA server, contact Ingenuity to inquire about the upgrade.
NOTE 3: There are two ZIP files available. One should be installed on Windows PC systems and the other is for installation on MAC (and other UNIX systems). Please ensure you install the correct version.
For more information about the GeneSpring GX – IPA integration, read the documentation. (The documentation file is also available in the GeneSpring GX data directory, after installation).
