Overview Special Detectors
Agilent 1260 Infinity Fluorescence Detector Comes with a unique design that provides high-speed (74 Hz), high sensitive, multisignal and full spectral detection without the need to reduce or stop the flow, fast method optimization by spectral 3D and contour plots, straightforward operation and maintenance, and built-in features for GLP compliance.
Agilent 1260 Infinity Refractive Index Detector Ideal for fast and reliable HPLC results when routinely analyzing non-UV absorbing substances such as carbohydrates, lipids and polymers. It is also the detector of choice for gel permeation chromatography and used in the Agilent 1260 Infinity GPC-SEC system.
Agilent 380-ELSD Evaporative Light Scattering Detector
The 380-ELSD is a high capability instrument ideal for detecting analytes that have no optical absorption, fluorescence, or electro-activity. It can detect any compound that is less volatile than the mobile phase, and provides an essentially universal measurement under isocratic and gradient conditions. The 380-ELSD is designed for non-volatile samples or where high boiling point solvents are needed.
Agilent 385-ELSD Evaporative Light Scattering Detector
The 385-ELSD is the only ELSD that delivers sub-ambient operation, for unrivalled detection of thermally labile analytes that other ELSDs miss. Designed for the analysis of all compounds, the Agilent 385-ELSD delivers evaporation down to 10°C, providing maximum sensitivity for compounds with significant volatility below 30° C.
