Cary 600 Series FTIR Overview
The Agilent Cary 600 FTIR series is a comprehensive range of FTIR spectrometers and microscopy solutions for life science, materials science, and chemical analysis.
Cary 630 FTIR
The Cary 630 FTIR Spectrometer is ultracompact in size with superior performance, versatility and ease of use. It is an ideal choice for users that need a robust spectrometer for routine analysis in areas such as industrial QA/QC or academic teaching.
Cary 660 FTIR
The 660 FTIR Spectrometer is an ideal tool for routine to research level analysis with the highest sensitivity, spectral resolution, speed and range in its class. It is an ideal cross functional tool in a wide range of applications and industries from petro/chemicals to materials/polymers and life sciences. The Cary 660 is only available in conjunction with the Cary 610 or Cary 620 FTIR Microscope systems.
Cary 670 FTIR
The 670 FTIR Spectometer is a research grade spectrometer literally in a class of its own. With 2" optics, dynamically aligned air-bearing interferometer at its heart, it provides for an amazing 3-4 times greater sensitivity than any other research grade FTIR on the market. Providing leading spectral resolution, speed and range, it is an ideal tool for difficult samples or with use with highly attenuating accessories across all industries. The Cary 670 is only available in conjunction with the Cary 610 or Cary 620 FTIR Microscope systems.
Portable and Handheld FTIR Overview
Agilent's portable and handheld FTIR systems are ideal for out-of-lab use, covering a wide range of applications. For more information, visit the Handheld FTIR Spectrometers Portfolio page.
4100 ExoScan FTIR
The 4100 ExoScan is a one module, 6.5 lb. system that is equally at home in the lab or at site. The system features a choice of interchangeable sampling interfaces that make the ExoScan a highly useful hand-held mid-IR spectrometer.
The 4200 FlexScan Series FTIR (handheld) is a dual module system, the light weight of the hand-held optics and sampling module make it well suited to repetitive infrared analyses over a large area, or numerous measurements over a large object.
4300 Handheld FTIR
The 4300 Handheld FTIR is the first of its kind employing lightweight ergonomics, ease of use, ruggedness, and flexibility into one system. With its lighter weight and new design, the ergonomics of the system make it ideal for field use and deployment into non-laboratory situations.
4500 Series Portable FTIR
The Agilent 4500 Series Portable FTIR Spectrometers are portable analyzers that support efforts associated with at site analysis of incoming materials and outgoing finished products in the chemical, food and polymer industries.
5500 Series Compact FTIR
The Agilent 5500 Series Compact FTIR spectrometer is designed for routine use in on-site laboratories or other benchtop locations.
