You need a sample loop for 200 µL sample injection if you use the 4.6 x 100 mm column and an autosampler (a 100 µL loop is sufficient for a 4.6 x 50 mm column).
There are two choices for injecting 200 µL with the G1313A autosampler (default configuration is 100 µL maximum injection volume):
- G1313-68711 Multi-draw Kit -or-
- G1363A Extended Injection Volume Upgrade kit (up to 900 µL).
