Can Multiple Affinity Removal System be Utilized for Human Plasma or Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF)?
Yes, we have tested the Multiple Affinity Removal System with human plasma and obtained excellent results using Buffer A. No EDTA was necessary to prevent column clogging by coagulation. One of our collaborators has used the column on CSF applications and observed efficient removal of the target proteins.
