  • Can the Multiple Affinity Removal Column Capacity be Determined?
Yes, we recommend using human serum albumin (HSA) at 20mg/mL concentration in Buffer A (part number 5185-5989 is a ready-to-use HSA standard) for checking column capacity only when the peak heights (flow-through and eluted) become abnormal. Inject 30-45µL of this standard for the 4.6 x 50 mm column; 60-90µL for the 4.6 x 100 mm column.
