KB001177: What is the Difference Between the Oligo aCGH Hybridization Kit (25) and the "in situ" Hybridization Kit Plus? - Microarray Hybridization 

The in situ Hybridization Kit Plus is designed for use with Agilent Gene Expression oligo microarrays. The Oligo aCGH Hybridization Kit (25) contains reagents optimized for Oligo aCGH microarrays which are hybridized under different conditions. Additionally, the 10X Blocking Agent does not contain the labeled target which is included in the 10X Control Target present in the in situ Hybridization Kit Plus.
