KB004756: Different Areas in Quant Report 

If quantitation is based on TIC- and the areas in the Quant and Percent reports are close- but not exactly identical- it is probably due to differences in the way signals are integrated for the two reports. Quant reports are based on narrow windows of the signal- while the Area Percent report results from an integration of the entire Chromatogram.
