KB001398: What are the Steps to use Manual Integration to Update a Calibration Table? - MS ChemStation 

The G1701XX software saves the quantitative results in to a Quantresult file. The file is located in the data file directory, has the name of the method and the extention is .RES.
To get a quant-report with a manually integrated peak, perform the following steps:
1. Create a quant report
2. Select in Data Analysis [View] + [QEdit Quant Results]
3. Select the peak from the "Quick QEdit" compound list
4. From the menu select [Display] + [Qualifier]
5. Do the manual integration
6. Close "Quedit Quant Results" and save the result.
7. Back in the Data Analysis View select [Quantitate] + [Generate Report]. The response of manual integreted peaks will be marked by a "m".
8. Select from the menu [Calibrate] + [Update...] + update one level.
9. Answer the following question: File has previuosly been quantitated. Requantitate now? with NO!
10. Select the update mode from the next screen and press the button [Do Update]
11. Check on page 3 of the calibration table to verify the response is correct.
