KB000455: What does Error Message "No integrated peaks found for base mass" Indicate when Evaluating BFB or DFTPP with Autofind? - MS ChemStation 

This typically occurs when the wrong integrator is specified. To see if this is the problem, go to the menu item InitCal and Setup Quantitation. Make sure that the use RTEINT is checked on the right hand side of the page half way down. Once you check this box again Autofind the peak and it should find the base mass.
