Answer: Go to manual tune with the correct tune file loaded. On drop down Menu item RAMP Click on Disable dynamic Lens ramping. Observe the message on the command line below 'Dynamic MS parameter ramping is cleared'. Save the Tune File when you exit Manual Tune
