What does Quant Report Error Message "Could not open file \hpchem\1\methods\method.m\anyfile" Indicate?
This error occus during quantitation, and may have more than one cause. The most common cause is a non-existant integration file attached to one or more compounds in the calibration. Integration parameter files can be designated for any signal in any compound, if one of these files is not found in the method during quantition, the process will abort with this error which includes the name of the parameter file that was not found. To correct this, check page 3 of each compound in the quant database for bogus, mis-spelled, unintentional or non-existant integration parameter files. Remove the offending filename from the method, or create and save a matching integration parameter file. Save the method.
