Does Agilent Provide a System Suitability Testing Method?
The 2100 bioanalyzer and method should be checked on a regular basis using defined standards and a fix protocol (Standard Operating Procedure). Agilent does not provide a commercial standard for performing system suitability test, because the test sample should be as close as possible to the application performed in that specific lab. Also depending on the application, the allowed range for deviations of standard measurements under good instrument conditions should be defined and validated by the user.
