Why is the Lamp on the Main Bioanalyzer Unit is Not Turning On?
If the message "you need to update the firmware" appears when you start the system, press the OK button and then wait for a few minutes. (Do not turn off the power until the message "The firmware was downloaded successfully" appears.) The lamp turns on when this process completes and communication with the equipment is restored.
