KB005068: Is More Information Available on the RNA Ladder? - LOAC RNA Analysis 

All ladders are available as part of the kits or can be ordered separately. They RNA 6000 Pico and Nano ladders include fragments with mobility’s of (25)-200-500-1000-2000-4000-6000 nt. The Small RNA ladder includes 20-40-60-80-100-150 nt. The RNA Nano ladder contains 35 µL of a 150 ng/µL solution. The RNA Pico ladder contains 10 µL of a 10 ng/µL solution that needs to be diluted (1:10). And the Small RNA ladder contains 35 µL. The RNA ladders of all assays are shipped at 4°C. After arrival it is recommended to heat denature, aliquot and store the ladder at -70°C. The RNA Pico ladder is diluted before aliquoting. If handled according to the instructions, the RNA ladders are stable for 4 months.
