KB005041: Is it possible to run a sample with 10 % DMSO? 

Please refer to the specifications in the Reagent Kit Guide on our webpage for more details on sample buffer compatibility. If not listed there, it is suggested to run the buffer alone, run sample in buffer that is known to be compatible, and run the same sample in buffer of question.
