KB005031: Is there a sample preparation required? 

For the Protein 80 and 230 assay, samples are mixed with Sample Buffer, heat denatured and diluted before chip loading. For the High Sensitivity Protein 250 assay it is required to fluorescently label the protein prior to following the above steps.
